Rev. Yolanda Williams, PhD

Pastor

Pastor Yolanda is a servant-leader who believes in the collaborative discipleship Jesus exemplified. She works to ensure that the church is not only welcoming to all, but offers a warm invitation to all as well. "The church is a community of believers who just happen to center their ministries and activities from a specific location."

Brenda LaBarre

Administrative Assistant

Brenda primarily focuses on oversight and coordinating communication at Fridley UMC. She is instrumental in marketing the church in a way that is consistent with its mission and vision, She also works with our tech support and is responsible for the day-to-day organization of office operations, procedures, and resources. Brenda has served in this role for over twenty years.

Sharon White

Music Coordinator and Chancel Ringers Director

Sharon has been involved with the Fridley UMC music program for over twenty-five years. She began ringing handbells in 1980 when the handbell program at FUMC was created. She became the director of the Chancel Ringers adult bell choir in 1992. As the Music Coordinator, she is responsible for scheduling groups and individuals to provide music for the worship services and coordinates the program with the Chancel Choir, Chancel Ringers and organist.
