Our Leadership Team

Fridley UMC is a congregation who loves God and loves it’s neighbors.

Rev. Dr. Donna Dempewolf

Interim Pastor

I’m excited to be the pastor at Fridley United Methodist Church. I enjoy walking with people of all ages and finding a place for each person to live their faith. Preaching, pastoring, hands on mission work, and acts of love and justice in the community bring me joy. I am inspired by the vision of Beloved Community, and dream of a church that reflects the cultural diversity in its local community.
A life-long learner, I received my theological education from Boston University (M.Div.) and Wesley Theological Seminary (D. Min). I enjoy drinking coffee, conversing with family and friends, learning about other cultures, and being active; cycling is my new-found hobby.
